Instructions

Cook pasta:
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté sausage:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the andouille sausage and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté vegetables:
