# Cooking Steps:

01 - Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl; let rest for 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add melted butter, flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir and knead for 8 to 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
03 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.
04 - Mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
05 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Punch down risen dough and divide into four equal portions. Roll each into a 10-inch circle.
07 - Place one dough circle on the baking sheet and evenly spread one third of the garlic butter filling over it. Repeat layering with the next two circles and filling portions. Top with the final dough circle.
08 - Place a small cup in the center to anchor. Cut dough into 16 equal strips radiating from the center without slicing through the middle. Twist each pair of adjacent strips twice away from each other and pinch ends to form points, creating a star shape.
