01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
02 - Combine oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, maple syrup, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
04 - Pour wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until oats are evenly moistened.
05 - Fold the chopped toasted pecans into the oat mixture.
06 - Spread oat mixture evenly into the prepared dish. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden and set.
07 - Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Slice and serve warm, optionally with additional maple syrup.
