# Cooking Steps:
01 - Spread the refried beans evenly in a large rectangular platter forming the first layer.
02 - Carefully spread sour cream over the beans, leaving about a 1-inch border around the edges.
03 - Spoon guacamole over the sour cream, smoothing it into a bright green rectangle resembling a football field.
04 - Layer salsa evenly along the edges outside the guacamole field, then sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the salsa border.
05 - Pipe yard lines and end zones onto the guacamole using reserved sour cream and a piping bag; arrange sliced black olives as players or fans along edges; sprinkle chopped tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro over the cheese border; add shredded lettuce at both ends to mimic turf.
06 - Create miniature goal posts at each end of the field using pretzel sticks if desired.
